These terms and conditions form a legal contract between you and gobaplay NZ (operating as Springfree NZ Limited).

By using completing a purchase with gobaplay NZ, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


Changes to terms and conditions

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Each time you complete a purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions applicable at that time. We provide a link to these terms and conditions in the footer of the Home Page and on our emails.

    1. Delivery of promotional orders cannot be delayed. 

    1. gobaplay reserves the right to end or change the terms of this offer without notice due to limited stock availability.   

    1. Offer is not redeemable for cash or in exchange for any other product or service.  

    1. Valid forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay and Q Card only.  

    1. Any exchanges or refunds must comply with gobaplay Returns Policy which can be found: https://gobaplay.co.nz/pages/privacy-policy 

    JURISDICTION

    The laws of New Zealand apply to these terms and conditions. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.

    Nothing in these terms and conditions/or our warranties limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

     

    DELIVERY

    We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience NZ wide. We can ship right to your door within 10 working days. 

    • Due to the absence of retail stores across the country a freight charge of $100 will be charged for all Swing Sets and Domes.
    • Products are delivered direct to your home via Mainfreight. When you order from gobaplay, a tracking number will be provided to you via email once the product ships.
    • The box is heavy, and we advise two people to lift the box.
    • NZ purchases cannot  be shipped internationally, nor to NZ outer Islands i.e. Chatham, Stewart Islands.

    REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

    Return Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and at gobaplay we are confident we deliver a quality product.

    In accordance with consumer law, we are not required to offer a refund for change of mind.  However, each refund or cancellation enquiry is handled on a case by case basis.  Please contact us to discuss your situation.

    Exchange Policy

    Within 30 days from the date the items were received, we allow customers to exchange their items.

    WARRANTY

    At gobaplay, we take pride in providing high-quality swing sets and swings for your backyard enjoyment. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer a warranty to protect your investment.

    Limited Warranty Coverage

    Installation gobaplay does not cover any 3rd party installation services or fees.
    Transferable Warranty Warranty is not transferrable.

    Warranty Exclusions

    Our warranty excludes the following items:

    • Products purchased from an unauthorized dealer
    • Improper installation not in accordance with the Owner’s Manual and Assembly Instructions
    • Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance or use not in accordance with the Owner’s Manual and Assembly Instructions
    • External sources such as weather events, fire, fireworks, animal damage, cuts, burns or vandalism
    • Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents
    • Use of the product other than for private household purposes (i.e.: commercial or rental purposes), unless exempted by local legislation and laws.
    • This limited warranty does not cover misuse or minor imperfections in products that meet design specifications or do not materially alter functionality.

    Making A Claim

    To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support Team with your original purchase information and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

    REVIEWS VOUCHER

    Participants are restricted to 1 entry per customer. Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand over the age of 18 who are existing customers of gobaplay. Competition winner will selected randomly and will be contacted by email. $200 voucher is only redeemable through the gobaplay.co.nz website and cannot be redeemed for cash. Voucher expires 3 months from the date of issue. 

    Competition drawn quarterly for each country - beginning Sep 2025

     

    PROMOTIONS

    gobaplay runs promotions from time to time. Each Promotion has a landing page with their own set of T&C’s obtaining to that promotion. 

    There are currently no additional promotion terms and conditions.
