We are committed to delivering a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Therefore, we offer shipping on Gobaplay products within New Zealand.

Please note that due to the absence of retail stores across the country, a freight charge of $100 is required and added to the purchase price of your Swing Set.

Delivery of your Gobaplay product is handled by Mainfreight, who typically delivers within a 7-10 working day timeframe.

If you reside in an area that may not be suitable for large trucks, such as the hill suburbs of Wellington, please inform us in advance so we can make alternative arrangements for your delivery.

For delivery updates, kindly contact Mainfreight, as they hold the delivery information. However, if the product is a surprise, we recommend that you plan accordingly to avoid any disappointment, as we cannot guarantee the specific time or day of delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following information regarding returns:

Within 30 days from the date of delivery, we allow customers to return their gobaplay products.

If your gobaplay products have not been opened or used, only the freight cost to return the products to gobaplay will be incurred.

If your gobaplay products have been opened or installed, the below conditions will apply;

Freight Costs of $100 to return the originally purchased model will be the customers responsibility

If the products have been installed, they must be dismantled at the customer’s expense and packed into its original packaging (if the original packaging is not available then gobaplay can send at the customer’s expense, boxes for packing).

Once returned, the products will be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and is suitable to be sold as an ex-demo model, and a $100 restocking fee will apply.

If the products are not able to be certified as an ex-demo model, additional refurbishment costs may be charged to the customer.

gobaplay will then issue a refund of the purchase price including any promotions of all products returned. Any refund processed will be exclusive of any return freight, restocking fees or refurbishment costs.

Discovery Swing Set - Amazing!

We have the discovery swing set from gobaplay and are so impressed with it. I managed to put most of it together myself in an afternoon, just needed a little help from a second person to join the swing extension to the single tent swing. Our kids had fun putting it together, because it didn’t take anywhere near as long as we expected! Instructions are super clear and the quality is next-level. The frame is powder coated so it will stand up to lots of wear from our rough kids (3 & 5) and will last YEARS. We haven’t installed the anchors yet but having the option to peg the swing set into the ground is great for windy weather and also keeping it still/solid while the kids are swinging! It arrived really well packaged and there was great communication from gobaplay and the delivery driver about when it was arriving. The boxes are heavy so moving them is definitely a 2 person job. So far, we absolutely love it and feel like our kids will have a safe, versatile swing set for years to come. Seems pretty indestructible!

Discover Swing Set - Kids Love it!!!!

I put this together one afternoon while the kids weren't there to surprise them. They were SO excited!!! The tree swing has been the biggest hit, they get ready for school and head outside to play. The sturdiness and quality means even I can enjoy a swing with them. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to put together on my own.

Amazing

Absolutely delighted with our gobaplay playground! It was super easy to assemble with easy to understand instructions although we didn’t need them which was a bonus! Love how it’s sturdy enough for the adults to enjoy as well, we love the idea of the screwed pegs so the kids can go as high as they like without the frame tumbling over. The kids are so over the moon and always asking for their friends to come enjoy too. The best early Christmas present ever! It’s going to bring a lot of fun and memories to our family for sure.

The perfect swing set

The kids absolutely love the Discovery Swing Set! The set up for us was super easy, my husband only needed to see a photo and was up within an hour. We have 3 kids and it’s perfect for all of them, the best thing is we can change out one of the swings for the trapeze which comes as an added bonus, even my 9 month old enjoys being in the teepee swing. Since we installed the kids haven’t whinged once about being bored so that is a winner in my eyes! Great quality and super sturdy even for us adults!!
