Please note that due to the absence of retail stores across the country, a freight charge of $100 is required and added to the purchase price of your Swing Set.

Delivery of your Gobaplay product is handled by Mainfreight, who typically delivers within a 7-10 working day timeframe.

If you reside in an area that may not be suitable for large trucks, such as the hill suburbs of Wellington, please inform us in advance so we can make alternative arrangements for your delivery.

For delivery updates, kindly contact Mainfreight, as they hold the delivery information. However, if the product is a surprise, we recommend that you plan accordingly to avoid any disappointment, as we cannot guarantee the specific time or day of delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following information regarding returns:

Within 30 days from the date of delivery, we allow customers to return their gobaplay products.

If your gobaplay products have not been opened or used, only the freight cost to return the products to gobaplay will be incurred.

If your gobaplay products have been opened or installed, the following conditions will apply;

Freight Costs of $100 to return the originally purchased model will be the customer's responsibility

If the products have been installed, they must be dismantled at the customer’s expense and packed into its original packaging (if the original packaging is not available then gobaplay can send at the customer’s expense, boxes for packing).

Once returned, the products will be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and is suitable to be sold as an ex-demo model, and a $100 restocking fee will apply.

If the products are not able to be certified as an ex-demo model, additional refurbishment costs may be charged to the customer.

gobaplay will then issue a refund of the purchase price, including any promotions for all products returned. Any refund processed will be exclusive of any return freight, restocking fees or refurbishment costs.

As a mum of energetic boys, the Titan Pro Swing Set with Saucer Tent Swing has been an absolute game-changer in our backyard! It’s the perfect combo of epic fun meets cozy comfort, my kids can go wild on the swing and trapeze bar one minute, then curl up in the saucer tent to read or rest the next. I love that it’s built like a beast with a sleek, powder-coated steel frame that supports serious weight but still looks modern and blends right into our yard. Setup was a breeze (no concrete needed!) and the quality is top-tier with clever little touches like the carabiner fasteners so we can easily swap out attachments. Whether they’re swinging, climbing, or just chilling, this swing set has quickly become the heart of our outdoor playtime and it’s mum-approved in every way!

One of the best investments you can make for your little ones!

We decided to get a TitanPro Swing Set for our 3 year old daughter before our newborn son arrived. Since we knew we wouldn't be able to get out to the playground as frequently. It's amazing. She's out there playing almost every day (rain or shine).

We were immediately impressed by the quality and heaviness of the set. It's going to last a looooong time (my Grankids are going to be using it one day I'm sure!).

The tent swing is an unexpected hit. My daughter brings her toys out and has little "party's" there but she also uses it as a cool-down space that's all her own.

If you're on the fence about investing in this - then this is your sign. It's 100% worth it for the memories (and is so much better than screentime!!!)

Discovery Swing Set - Amazing!

We have the discovery swing set from gobaplay and are so impressed with it. I managed to put most of it together myself in an afternoon, just needed a little help from a second person to join the swing extension to the single tent swing. Our kids had fun putting it together, because it didn’t take anywhere near as long as we expected! Instructions are super clear and the quality is next-level. The frame is powder coated so it will stand up to lots of wear from our rough kids (3 & 5) and will last YEARS. We haven’t installed the anchors yet but having the option to peg the swing set into the ground is great for windy weather and also keeping it still/solid while the kids are swinging! It arrived really well packaged and there was great communication from gobaplay and the delivery driver about when it was arriving. The boxes are heavy so moving them is definitely a 2 person job. So far, we absolutely love it and feel like our kids will have a safe, versatile swing set for years to come. Seems pretty indestructible!

I put this together one afternoon while the kids weren't there to surprise them. They were SO excited!!! The tree swing has been the biggest hit, they get ready for school and head outside to play. The sturdiness and quality means even I can enjoy a swing with them. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to put together on my own.
